Fees.
Every trade pays two fees: Pons' 1% base fee and the trading fee chosen at launch, between 1% and 10%.
Pons base fee
1% of every trade on the curve. Pons keeps 30% of it and pays the other 70% to the launch's fee recipient, which is 0.7% of the trade.
Trading fee
Chosen at launch, from 1% to 10% in whole percent, and capped by Pons' own maximum. Pons calls it the creator tax. It isn't shared with Pons: all of it goes to the launch's fee recipient. Tokens launched from SNEAKS don't use Pons' optional buyback.
Who receives what
Tokens launched from SNEAKS name the SNEAKS treasury as their fee recipient: 0xb3990Aa6afeefC5Aa8ff2b5caDF0825Cb6397E80. It receives the trading fee and the recipient side of the base fee. With the default 5% trading fee:
| Share of the trade | Goes to | |
|---|---|---|
| Pons base fee, Pons side | 0.3% | Pons |
| Pons base fee, recipient side | 0.7% | SNEAKS treasury |
| Trading fee | 5% | SNEAKS treasury |

How fees are collected
Fees accumulate in the Pons contracts and are swept to the treasury from the SNEAKS admin page. After graduation, fees from the Uniswap v4 pool are collected through Pons' hook and swept separately.
